Customers have the right to cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours after placing it. A simple notification via email to our customer service is sufficient.

A return is only possible if the item is in unworn, undamaged condition, all tags are intact, and the item is returned in its original packaging – and only within 30 days of receipt. Products showing signs of use or missing their original packaging are excluded from return.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must first contact our customer service. The reason for withdrawal must be provided along with a photo. After that, a return address will be sent via email. It is strongly recommended to use a shipping method with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the payment method originally selected. Any transaction fees charged by payment service providers will not be reimbursed.

The customer bears the cost of the return shipment. Unpaid or insufficiently paid shipments will not be accepted.

If an order is not accepted or picked up by the customer and is therefore returned to our warehouse, we reserve the right to deduct a processing fee of 25.99 $ AUD from the refund amount.
